No girl likes to weigh herself and especially one with hormonal issues that have caused her to gain weight but I recently started lifting weights to help me gain muscle and lose fat and had no way of knowing if I was making progress. Muscle weighs more than fat so a normal scale will not tell me if I am gaining muscle or just not losing weight. I bought this scale to help me track muscle gain and fat loss but it has so much more than that! It gives you weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), Body Fat %, Fat-free body weight, subcutaneous fat %, visceral fat, body water %, skeletal muscle %, Muscle Mass, Bone Mass, Protein %, Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and Metabolic Age. I am excited to use this scale to help me track all of my gains in my new exercise routine. You download an app and create an account, after that, step on the scale and see all of your numbers appear in the app!! I think this will help me stay motivated when the weight doesn't move much.

So impressed with this scale. It was very easy to set up an account with the free app. Four members of my family are now tracking their own fitness goals. It seems to be very accurate. It has a setting for athlete so if you workout regularly, it takes that into account. As a female over 50, I was curious about my bone density and relieved to see that it is in the high range. This is only an estimation based on the bio-electrical impedance analysis technology that it uses, but I’d say it’s a good guideline without medical testing which would be more accurate of course. I’m very pleased with the quality, appearance, and ease of use.

Great product. Very accurate. My grandmother recently had a doctor's appointment and claims that all the numbers on the app are the same as the ones she saw at the office. It has really helped me keep better track of my hydration and protein levels.

Great product. The eros app provides instantly a wealth of information regarding your body and overall health. The info allows you to set your goals in order to achieve them in an organized way. I’m a very happy customer with my eros smart body fat scale!

Can’t say enough about this scale. It is fantastic and so helpful in knowing all my metrics so I can continue to improve my health and fitness. I recently had a chance to have my metrics checked at my gym on a large professional unit and I can tell you this scale is spot on in matching those results. Now all I have to do is get to work on getting some of my numbers improved. PS: Love how the app highlights the metrics that a bit high or low to help me focus on what needs to be worked on.
