I received from Amazon by 2-day shipping. Took the test the next morning and sent off through UPS. I followed tracking, it arrived at the lab by UPS 2-day shipping. I got the results the SAME day!!! Highly recommend. In all, from purchase to results, it took 5 days. Will purchase again!

After purchasing the kit I was unable to register it and had to contact customer service who did it for me (so much for anonymity) and told me 2 of the labs listed on return envelops were invalid (the first red flag). The lab listed on my return label was not one of the invalid labs so I sent it in. Results came 8 business days after it was sent in (not 2-5) and said invalid. Waiting on a response from the company for what this means but I’m guessing it’s because it took them over a week after test was sent to run it. Spend your money elsewhere, this company is either too overwhelmed with orders or a scam.

I just received it today and the unopened kit cotton swab is yellow and it is suppose to be white.
