So I really wanted to like the BT-S2 after so many favorable online reviews. After I installed the device, I tested it with a call and everything worked as expected and was clearly heard by the other party. My excitement quickly dissolved however as this device does not work while riding which is its intended purpose. You can barely make out sound coming from the speakers at around 30mph and absolutely nothing above that speed.After a long 5hr ride of disappointment, I continued to try it out commuting to work. The experience was the same and it stopped playing sound all together even thought the voice from the device said it was connected and I was my Pandora was playing. Then I couldn’t turn the device off. I followed the instructions and double checked on-line to make sure I was doing it correctly, but it just stayed on until the battery finally died.Oh well. It was worth a try, but can’t recommend.Pros:Installation on LS2 Stream helmet was a breeze.Cons:Can hardly hear the music being played or make/listen to calls while riding over 30mph.Stopped playing music altogetherStopped powering off after less than a week of use.

I give the seller a 5 star rating for support. When the initial intercoms has problems (too much background noise and they shut off if not used for a few minutes), the seller send a replacement pair free. Unfortunately, the replacement units had the same problems as the original intercoms. Also, the female plug that accepts the stereo plug from an audio source is of poor quality. The stereo plug fits loosely and slight movements of the plug causes the music to cut in and out. From standby, to remove the background noise, tried-turn the intercom on, talk, and then turn the intercom off. Tried this and this didn't work either.

Don’t put your money on this!!! It works great until you ride your motorcycle. Even though I followed all the instructions in the owner’s manual after few minutes riding it turns off. If I get a phone call after hang up it doesn’t pair anymore with the second device and actually most of the time you need to restart it to be able to pair it back. I feel so frustrated and honestly don’t want anybody having the same problem.

Comprw dos de estos intercomunicadores. Y el problema es que con el viento se desconectava el cable micro usb. pero lo oeor fueron las baterias que sin usar el aparato diariamente. Ya no cargan en otras palabras este producto solo lo use un par de meses y ahora es ya no sirve. Y lo peor es que ya no puedo devolverlo. Que conveniente para ellos.

I really like the walkie talkies on them as you do not tie up the phones.

They work great.. longer distance to talk then i thought.
