I have a dark brown sofa and this left a large bleach like stain on the sofa arm so please be careful to test an inconspicuous area before use. **Q: Does it get rid off water marks** A: Not sure about water marks certainly it is the best cleaner for all other marks and stains I have had on a light coloured carpet. It would be worth a try. **Q: Is this shampoo antibacterial?** A: Its biodegradable but its brilliant at what it does. It came up like new without leaving any tide marks, or causing damage to the delicate suede fabric (despite a warning not to use on suede or leather upholstery - NB. I decided to take a risk after trying it out in a non obvious area of the headboard first). It’s a 750ml bottle - the quality of the bottle’s spray dispenser is good, no leaks and sprays well.
