The Big Book of Balloon Art: More Than 100 Fun Sculptures (Dover Crafts: Dolls & Toys) Paperback – Illustrated, September 18, 2019

Got this for my dad at the bequest of my mom, for his Christmas present. He isn't much for silly things, so the serious nature of the book's instructions is perfect. The highly detailed diagrams, as well as technical information about the balloons themselves, serve as a great way to get a "serious" grandfather into making animals for his grandkids.He took his skills over to my brother's house, and had the kids entertained for hours while he learned new twists.Overall a great product, and a very nice experience for the family.

This is an excellent book for beginners to intermediate twisters! Very clear instructions and photos. I highly recommend this for anyone interested in ballooning.

I’m always on the lookout for a different gift. Came across this and gifted it to my 13 yr old child for his birthday. He and my 18 yr old college student lol LOVED IT and couldn’t stop making balloon animals. The only con? You’re going to end up with a table full of balloon animals lol

Overall instruction looks good, but disappointed it is in all black and white.

I ordered this book since I couldn’t find my older book. This book was pretty good. It started from simple balloon art to more complicated balloon designs. For the most part the directions were good enough if you were able to follow along. The book used the alphabet as to where to twist and bend etc. , but if you missed a step or didn’t understand what to do next you start over until you get it. It’s a good beginners book with progression to more event type functions. Had good pictures, great balloon designs, and ideas if you wanted to do this as aside business. Overall it was a great book. It’s your balloon sizes that you need to be careful of.

Got this book, because I want to try my hand at twisting balloons to entertain, and it's a huge help!!The contents of the book teach you everything from the different types of balloons to making cartoon characters out of them!I'd highly recommend to anyone else interested in twisting balloons, this will keep you busy learning for a good while.The diagrams are simple and mostly easy to understand, but I'm new to this, so it hasn't really clicked yet, either.Anyway, if you wanna twist balloons, then I definitely recommend this book and a pack of Qualatex balloons/double action pump.

The descriptions are hard for kids, adults may be able to follow.

Granddaughter loves it.
