In my opinion this power bank is a beast. Whether you're using it constantly or occasionally the power is extremely reliable. It doesn't discharge when not in use. I recently lost the one I had and immediately ordered two more. I have more expensive ones but this is my go to.

A bit bulky but definitely a must, for the price, fast charging, capacity, and built in cables? What can I ask, phenomenal quality and just plug and charge can't beat it super easy to use

My first one did not charge fully. After charging all night it only held enough charge to charge my phone from half to full before it died. I was camping at the time so I thought I must’ve done something wrong. I put it on my friends generator and let it charge for five hours - still nothing. I called customer support and told them I was leaving for Brazil in 3 days and was nowhere near a Amazon return facility. They expedited a new one in record time. I’m here in Brazil and it works perfectly. It takes a while to charge but when it’s done it can charge my phone at least 3 full times, maybe 4 as well as my AirPods and vape pen. Great device, just make sure you get a good one. I wish I could remember the Amazon support guy’s name, he was great, understood my situation and time frame and got me a new one without me having to send the old one back. Best customer service experience ever - and I mean that.

Great product. It takes for every to gain a full charge it takes damn near two days. That's the only downside.

It’s great! Very useful and reliable

These external batteries only last for about 3 -4 weeks before they can't hold a charge anymore. I bought several of these for a five week vacation across Europe and the two we've been using (we havent used the others yet) have stopped charging or charging our phones. When plugging them in our phones have said "slow charging" and "make sure your cable or the battery isn't damaged" and yes, we've tried them with multiple different cables. Their troubleshooting support tips didn't work with our batteries either. The return window is just long enough for the batteries to stop working, so we can't send them back for repairs or exchange. I'd go with another external batteries since they're so many different ones on the market.

Great charging capacity & holds up over time.Bought a 2nd one after trying another brand that Costco offered(didn't hold nearly charge advertised & inconsistent performance).

It's been working pretty good. The 40,800mAh capacity is huge, so it can charge my phone multiple times before needing a recharge itself, which is great for longer trips or when I’m out for the day and can’t get to a wall outlet. I also like that it has two USB ports and other attachments, so I can charge two devices at once without any issues.The fast charging works well for my phone, and it does charge things up pretty quickly. I haven’t had any problems with it overheating or getting too hot, which is a plus. The USB-C input/output is nice because it’s compatible with my newer devices, however it does take a bit of time to recharge the power bank itself.There's been a couple of power outages, so it's been very convenient during this time.The power bank is a bit heavy side, so it’s not like you want to carry it around in your pocket for a long time but it’s manageable in a bag or backpack. It's more the size of a phone, so make sure you have pockets that can fit a torta/sandwich/water bottle. Also, the build feels sturdy, and has a convenient LED display that shows how much charge is left.All in all, If you need a charger that lasts and can handle multiple devices, it’s a solid option.
