Easy to program and use
I recently bought a house and the two garage doors did not come with a door openers. I checked my units on the garage doors and cross them to this unit. They are compact and work great!

Don’t give up
At first I thought it was a no go. But my garage door opener set up needed an extra step I didn’t know about. All set now. And I have the old old craftsman opener.

Does not work as listed - product description is vague and incomplete
Product description says it will work with model 139.53914 but it does NOT. Okay, specifically i have the "D" version - 139.53914D.I think it reasonable that I would assume it would work with all 139.53914s . It did not.Also, this one came for the Orange/Red button but I have a Purple button. So it did not work.I think more specificity in description would prevent accidental purchase. On the other hand, i bet they are hoping for vague confused accidental purchases to up their bottom line.

Sears makes a good product. This was super easy to program two remotes and it took less than five minutes.
