Honda kept dying, and now we’re golden!
This winter/spring, my ‘98 Honda Civic had a couple bouts of randomly dying while I was driving.I would be just going along and boom. Car shuts off like I turned the key off. After much research, I found some reviews here saying they had the exact same problem!Turns out, with age, the solder points on this can crack. When they’re cold they stay together and run fine, but if they warm up it expands and no longer conducts the charge. Sure enough, my old one had a crack around one of the solder points.Got this about a month and a half ago, and installed it (my ‘98 has it up and behind the passenger glove box). I haven’t had the issue since!

This Works Great
It was easy to install and works great. No more car dying in traffic. I went to the dealership and they said it was the fuel pump I went to another mechanic and they said it was the wiring Grrrr I then found several youtube video that showed this relay and how to install it. I am so glad this worked

Didn’t work for my 99 Civic
This didn’t work for my 99’ Honda Civic. The car started up and then immediately stalled. I put the old OEM one back in that was giving me sporadic problems and the car started up and stayed running.
