Worked great to rebuild the burners in my Char-Broil 463344116 purchased from Lowes in 2016. The flame guards are a little shorter than the original but still will sit in place. I used my original igniter didn't try the one that came with this. I also used the original hairpins for the back of the burners.

The burners and heat plate shield fit nicely in my model 463344116 as listed on the product description. It came with 4 igniters, which was 3 more than the OEM parts. I thought this was nice, however after installing the one where the old one was it did not ignite the other burners like the old one did. The igniter switch only has two slots for connection to igniters (one to the side burner and one to one of the center burners). Since only one burner ignites, I am now stuck with using a BBQ lighter to ignite the grill. I am not sure if the new burners put out less propane and that is why the igniter does not light all burners or not. Sadly I was unable to tell if the burners themselves were exactly the same because they were completely rusted and fell apart. In the end, the burners and heat plate shields work and that was the main goal of ordering. If it doesn't bother you having to light each burner then this product will work for your grill.

The burner tubes are perfect fit but the shields doesn’t fit my grill. It’s a little bit long.

The large folded piece of metal that goes over the burners is too short. Everything else is good.
