I ordered this book thinking it would have a lot of helpful information about what to eat and what not to eat. Well to be honest I was very disappointed. The book cost over £10 is very thin with only 32 pages in it. It is like a advertisement for all his other books (in my opinion). The Diabetes Recipe book costs about £17 to download I was very naïve and thought it was a free download, silly me! On the bright side the vitamin information was very helpful and I will take note and I have also ordered another of his books about the glycemic index. If you are expecting a book with lots of information you may find you are a tad disappointed! it certainly didn't take me very long to read it!
