Unfortunately in today's world, you expect something to like this to last 20 years, but chances are that the manufacturer gets sold every 5 years to another conglomerate so you really can't rate the quality by residential useage and how long it lasts. Even if it has no quality and doesn't last more that a year, complaining at that time will not fix it.
