So this product in particular gives you the option to add soles to reach the moon if you want.... the only issue you’d have really is the type of shoe you’re wearing.In my case I wear boot converse and it makes me need to get longer shoelaces. If i wear regular shoe converse, then ppl will see my actual heel because it elevates it pretty high.Your talus bone is what’s elevated the most, that’s why it depends on the show and how many soles you add.I don’t really think it adds much height, but it’s definitely a mental trick to make you feel higher.They are not uncomfortable, but they make you slide your whole foot towards the front of the shoe while walking.I will return it because I wanted some height change, but looks like I’m just gonna have to accept that I’m a short gal.

My husband has an arthritic hip which has caused his leg to be a little shorter. I bought this item for him to put in his shoe to make up the difference. He likes that the height increase is very adjustable. No fear, he's having a hipreplacement soon!

They work well but they would definitely suit women’s shoes like heels or other narrow shoes because the inserts themselves are narrow. Still 5 stars though!

I have flat, wide feet and these were extremely uncomfortable. I bought them to use on my healthy foot after a traumatic injury to the other foot necessitated that I wear a surgical boot. The lifts were intended to elevate the healthy foot and stabilize my gait. I have wide and flat feet and these were definitely not the answer. They are narrow and put a great deal of street on the toes of the good foot.

I do like this product. Easy to use once you figure it out. No instructions come with it on properly adding the layers. Not really great for someone like me on my feet for 15 hours a day but for general use they are great.

I have a student in my classroom with CP whose heel doesn’t touch the ground, it was putting a lot of pressure on her ball of her foot and toes. I added these to her shoes and she makes heel contact now, which will lessen the impact on the other parts of her foot. I am so grateful I found these!

Most comfortable inserts I have used. Stay in place. Sturdy but comfortable. Showed them to my Physical Therapist and he thinks they are good quality and wanted to know where I got them from.
