Great power supply to run a shack.
I have the power supply set up in my radio room charging my backup battery for the shack and powering three of my radios right now.

very functinal power supply
I got this to power an external 600 watt amplifier and so far it has done a good job. it is responsive and has a voltage adjustment for the output. It has a number of output connection types (powrpole, binding posts for each level of output. Very nicely done.,

Works very well, except for the lighting.
This power supply works great, the only issue is the internal lighting for the meters do not work. It was not worth the trouble of exchanging the unit for this. Looks like MFJ Would catch this issue with quality control inspection. Overall I'm happy with it. But it appears that I always get the flawed item.

Not Bad, But Not Impressive Either
I purchased this device a few months back in an effort to remove some much older power supplies and to reduce the footprint of my hobby. The older power supplies were starting to become unreliable with their ability to provide a steady current. Unfortunately, this device - though it lessened the footprint - is not providing a steady current. Each time I turn it on, my meter shows a different voltage - sometimes at 12.6 volts, sometimes 13.0 volts and sometimes 13.6 volts. Also, I'm experiencing a 'humming' sound when transmitting from my radio. There are a couple of things I'm going to try, but this doesn't make me feel 'warm and fuzzy' on the inside. After I'm done completing some more testing I'll provide another update. For now, I think that I will begin to look at other brands to replace this one - if necessary.Pro's:It can provide several different connections that will allow for several different devices to be 'recharged' at the same time (if using banana plugs, basic wires, etc). The voltage is adjustable (see Con's for more details). It is much lighter than anything I originally had.Con's:Powering more than one item at a time will have negative effects (see my preface for more details).Although the voltage is adjustable, it doesn't seem to really adjust it unless you turn the adjuster all the way to either side. The power button is on the back of the device (huh..?) Why would anyone think that's a good place to put a power button?Overall:It's not a bad device, but it isn't what I was expecting from an MFJ product. They are usually very good with their products, but this one is not on-par with their earlier devices/models, as I have an earlier model at 15 amps.
