I've been using these collagen boosting gummies for a few years now and they do seem to have improved the strength, growth and quality of my hair. My nails still split fairly easily, but that may be due to wearing nail polish more often, as they seem fine when I haven't painted them in a while. The flavor used to be delicious, but something must have changed because they're not as good anymore, but not awful. The benefits seem to outweigh the slight ockiness.

Great product. Been taking for a few months and my skin is glowing and youthful. I’ll be 40 next year and get mistaken for a teen/young adult often, especially with no makeup. Oh and they have a great taste as well. Highly recommend

The gummies are delicious and not too sweet and the most important thing for me is that it doesn’t have a pork gelatin. I love this product and I will keep purchasing it.

I had a list of things I was ordering that day and some were hard to find and I don't think I was expecting gummies, but they are vegan and not overly sweet and The Taste is good. I hope they work I have no idea. But overall pleasing

I’ve been taking these for a couple of years now in addition to the Mary Ruth’s Women’s Organic Multivitamins. Since I’ve been taking them, I have not had a single fibro flare or any joint aches. :) I also feel like my hair and nails have grown much faster and stronger. Even my hairstylist has mentioned that she can tell a difference, so much so that she asked what I’ve been doing differently.However, the order I just received is labeled sugar free (they haven’t been labeled sugar free in the past) and they are very dry and hard with a crusty white coating. These gummies are usually moist and somewhat tacky with a great watermelon flavor. I’ve reached out to the seller and I’m hoping they’ll do an exchange. Unfortunately, I am completely out so I may have to order directly from Mary Ruth with express shipping instead. We’ll see if the seller responds. I’m disappointed as I have been ordering my vitamins from the same seller for well over a year here on Amazon.

I loved these Mary Ruth Collagen Gummies. They were so tasty. The texture was nice. The last 2 I got with my monthly deliveries were not the same. They are dried out and when you shake the bottle, sound like a brick. I took pictures and also included the lot number in one picture. Maybe a bad batch. I miss the shiny and delicious gummies that I used to look forward to taking. My husband once asked me what I was taking, and I just said “yummy”. That was before the change. Now it is, ugh, disappointing. Maybe a bad batch as I said? I just don’t know if I will purchase again now cause I don’t know if this is what they are like now. If Mary Ruth reads this review, please look at the Lot# and see if this is a manufacturing issue. Please. I miss taking these.

I'm a vegetarian so was looking for a collagen replacement for hair growth. I'm so glad I found this product. I've been using it since February 2022 so about 3 years now. I take it probably 3-4 times a week and don't take it when I travel so I'm not consistent. I have noticed a HUGE difference in my hair. My hair wouldn't grow past my shoulders, it's now down my mid-back. My hair was dried from bleaching and it's finally healthy and thicker. I highly recommend!
