Check how thick the seal diameter is this one may be too thick at 10mm
What isn't in the description for this product is the thickness of the rubber, not the whole diameter that you have as 25", but the diameter of the seal rubber, this diameter of the seal that I received is 10mm thick, which is far to thick for the wheel rim to pass and make a seal, so I'll have to look for one about 6 mm to seal my Galion FA150 crane wheels which are 17.5x25
