These are not highend rods that would would find onnLifestyles Of the Rich and Famous. But for us regular folks these are vere visually appealing and look more expensive than they were. They are not that heavy but they are sturdy.

Upon opening this package a small piece of hardware fell out that I thought might be trash but I chose to hold onto it 'just in case'. The small piece of hardware turned out to be the piece that goes inside the rod that the final was supposed to screw into.We got everything out and ready to hang but the hardware piece became a huge issue. I tried to put that piece back in so I can make sure the finial would screw into place. I sort of got it in but the holes weren't completely centered so the finial looked funny once screwed on. The other end's mechanism wasn't much better. For the price I out everything back in the packaging and returned it.I hang curtain rods as a large part of my job staging homes and I've never had an issue with a rod like this. I didn't eveb recognize the piece that fell out that was supposed to be what the finial screwed into- it seemed cheaply constructed. I would encourage you to look elsewhere for a better constructed rod.

I don’t often leave reviews unless a product is phenomenal or garbage, and this is product and it’s seller are garbage. The rod came in the box unsecured or even bubble wrapped, so it was dented at one end. Luckily, the decorative cap on the end covered then dent, so I figured I could live with it. Things got worse after that though, the instructions say to use a 1/4” bit to make the holes for the drywall anchors, but using that size bit was far too big, and the anchors just fell through the wall. I ended up having to go get alternate screws and drywall anchors just to use the thing. Horrible product, horrible experience. Hopefully you learn from my mistake

My Dad kindly installed this on the back of my front door for me - it has a large glass pane and no curtains, and I wanted something attractive to block the view from the street at night. I went with some burgundy 2-panel curtains, and they hung perfectly - there's about an inch of exposed glass at the bottom, which is perfect for my cat Mango to glare malevolently through the small view-able slit for her next victims. The install took less than 45 minutes, and my Dad had no complaints about the assembly process.

I’d say its easy to install because it was on my honey-do list for the boyfriend. So I didn’t lift a finger. Haha I liked the price and the style of it. Simple and elegant. Holds up my blackout curtains perfectly

Looks nice and low profile above our 3 panels of glass out to the balcony. The brackets it came with were pretty weak, despite us going to the store and getting proper anchors and screws for the install. I've installed everything from basic shelves to bars that will hold several cast iron skillets, and these brackets have barely been up for the challenge of holding the rod and some mid-weight blackout style curtain panels.Rod is nice quality, but definitely splurge and get new wall brackets and other hardware.

Instructions stated using a 1/4" bit for drywall. Following these directions resulted in both of the middle bracket's anchors punching through the drywall to the point they are now behind the drywall and I have holes in my wall now that I will have to putty and paint because I cannot use them for installing now. Should be 3/16th, maybe 11/64th to prevent this. Will be requesting a refund or replacement and trying to use the extra brackets to mount 4 brackets rather than 3, since that is the only way to save this.

The rod and finials are pretty average, with decent quality. The brackets, though, suck. The screws don't fit through the holes, and the wall anchors are the worst I've ever seen. Don't but this unless you plan to use your own screws and wall anchors, or just want the rod for existing hardware.

Very good quality product I was so pleased with its look and sturdiness once all the brackets were screwed tightly to the rod. I added a spare bracket for my own peace of mind because I used the whole 3 metre length but it really can support your curtains with just the three as long as you don’t overweight the recommendation.

The quality is ok nothing like the stuff you get from dunelm etc but nothing like the price you pay either, I bought this for my little boys nursery the point where the bar connects/slide through is a bit flimsy other than that does the job
