Well made, inexpensive. Worked great.
A very well built and inexpensive hydrothermal reactor. I tested it with water at 220C for > 24 hours, worked great. Used for supercritical solvent extraction with PTFE compatible polar solvents, worked great.

Leak tight low cost vesslel that requires some rework
Function:I have tested the vessel on leak tightness by filling it with 20 ml water and leaving it overnight at 150 deg. C (above boiling point water). Weighing the vessel before and after showed a decrease of only 0.1 %, Conclusion: leak tight.Form: the screw thread in the metal screw cap required some deburring; we also put some Teflon tape on the plunger screw thread to prevent blockage after use at high temperature. Conclusion; quite happy with this vessel at a very attractive price compared to top brand alternatives.

Perfectly acceptable
I used this for a hydro-thermal reaction, and over a handful of experiments it has performed as anticipated and was easy to use. The original packaging was challenging to remove.
