Bass player's dream
Chunkier than a poker chip. Nice sharp precision point. Really easy to hold onto without getting hand cramps. Bass players ideal.

Great pick
I don’t like regular stubbies. I use jazz 3. But these are comfortable. And shred really nice! I bought on a whim and I really dig these.

Really nice plectrums! And fifteen for the price of five! (Three corners per pick)
The good: These things are slick! They really glide over the strings. Makes picking faster easier, IMHO.The bad: These things are slick! Even with the grippy texture in the center, I perceive them to slip my grip ever so slightly. Takes a little getting used to.To balance it out, it's a big pick, so you can trust though it may slip a little while you're playing, you're definitely not going to lose it.Up until now, I've preferred a Fender celluloid medium pick. A lot of people complain that celluloid isn't very grippy. For whatever reason, celluloid sticks to my fingers like glue. It's a very secure feel for me. And the medium thickness lends a good brightness without being too clicky, and has a good bit of stiffness for fast picking. This pick may not retain 100% of that bright tone, but it comes pretty close. The tapered edge and fairly sharp point help to give the string a good bit of pluck, making for a brighter sound, definitely night and day from tortex picks in similar thicknesses. And there's very little to no click to be heard. Just a very clean sounding, very rigid, very easy playing pick.I may put some grip tape over the center and see how it plays. If it weren't for the slippery feel, I'd give these all 5 stars. Food for thought: I have really really dry hands. Maybe that's why celluloid sticks to me where other people complain that it's slippery. And maybe that's why these slip my grip where other people say they're nice and grippy.

Dunlop Stubby Guitar Pick 1.5 mm
This pick is perfect for bajo sexto or bass guitarists. I usually used a 3.0 mm but this gauge is actually more defined. Plus, the red color is easy to differentiate from other gauges.

Slippery when...ever.
These things look like hard candy.I bought a pack, and now they're at a couple different places in my house. I just want to grab it and pop it in my mouth.I'm not going to endorse that, though.I bought the triangles because I pluck the bass (when I'm not using my fingers) with a Dunlop triangle that at first I thought was too big but had become my favorite pick.I had a version of these with the single point, and fatter. I really liked the release, so once I saw they had the material in triangles, I was excited. I really hoped that having three points would solve the problem I had with the single-pointed plectrum. The ting was slippery as heck the minute there was any moisture.Sadly, the problem wasn't solved here. Playing with this made me constantly think about the positioning of my fingers of my striking hand, and it totally took me out of...you know, not thinking about my hand. Now if you took these and had like some sand or bit of cork or rubber in the indentation, that might work nice, but I'm just going back to my other picks.

👌 I recommend
This is a very versatile pick. Hard, slick, and thick with curves around the edges allows for many playing styles. I’m even using it on nylon strings with good results. I prefer the 2mm over the 3mm on my instrument but ymmv.
