For the realization of our soup, we use dehydrated ingredients, allowing their preservation over time. After being carefully selected by our suppliers, they are cleaned, trimmed leaving only the edible portion, cut into small pieces if necessary, before being dried by a process which allows the water to be removed, for example by heat of an oven.
