Sushio The Idol

I've like Sushio's style from Gurren and mainly Kill la Kill, and this book is just heaps more of quality art from him. A lot of great pieces of art of classic characters are in this that range from cute to cool to threatening. Even for the art for the anime and bands that I didn't know, I still really liked them, the pages just bleed style. The Gurren, KLK, and Evangelion stuff in this were my favorite, and many of the pieces had cute, little details too. Really glad I got this.

The artwork in this book is amazing....the book came a day early (Thanks Amazon!!!) im a big fan of Gurren Laggan and I havent seen kill la kill yet but the art is top notch.....10 out of 10

Excellent book for any1 who is a huge fan of sushio, or if your looking for a kool artbook aptly named the idol. Sushio self portrait is really kool, to nitpick not sure if he drew any but theres no promare works . A really kool panty and stocking piece and the kill la kill piece he did when he visited disney (Which was basically a raw genga as there are no genga in this book.). Also has all kill la kill bluray art as sushio drew it all. Also has Eva works, Definite grab to check out easiest way to get a sushio artbook.

This book is amazing. Kill la Kill, Gunbuster, Gurren Lagann, etc. Filled with sketches, full illustrations, and some pretty amazing graphic work as well. You're gonna flip through this book back and forth continuously, much like I did. That's why for durability's sake I wish this was available in a hardcover edition, especially since there are so many pages. To be honest, I wouldn't mind buying this again if a hardcover edition came out at a later date.

This book is amazing. At least twice as big as any other art book I own. Beautiful work. Shipped fast and came in great shape. A great addition to my reference library and filled with excellent content for artist inspiration. There's so much here for your eyes to feast on. Well worth purchasing.

Book is amazing I would totally recommend it, but the shipping quality it came in was awful, no protection on it, and the tape on it was torn on both sides with smudges on the front and back cover, kind of a bummer really, but the art is still awesome.

Note the two stars is for the way the book was shipped.the book itself is gorgeous the neon pink on the spine and logo are eye catching I love it and the cover art is just so damn good. The art inside which is split Into three parts he's works for animation, illustration and idols all chock-full of amazing drawings to look at.Now for the reason of the two stars:I've order the book and for 45$ I'd expect the book to be at least safe in the box but no this is the second time Amazon shipped a book/s without anything to protect em' so while the item was shipped the back side of the dust cover got was scraping on the cardboard made it grimy and it has a few creases, and when I first opened it. It had an area that was sticky that has now dried away.I don't know if like I can get a replacement for just for the dust cover or something.

Amazing paper quality. Feels thick on your fingers and textured. Really cool dust cover with an alternative cover on the inside. 300 pages of amazing art and a very moving statement in the back. Worth every penny.

Amazing book. One of my favourite concept artists delivering another great piece, with so much content for days.The two stars are for one reason. This "new book" was severely damaged. Whoever shipped it or stored it didn't had the time to plastic wrapped it and it shows. You're selling professional artbooks. An unfolded cover would be expected. What a shame.

Contiene una enorme colección de imágenes de este talentoso artista, desde sus ilustraciones para Kill la kill, pasando por Gurren Lagan y todo lo que ha hecho en colaboración con marcas tiendas e idols.Si esperan ver solamente ilustraciones relacionadas con anime cabe mencionar que no son ni la tercera parte del libro, pero la cantidad de ilustraciones aparte es enorme, todo en papel de buen calidad.El embalaje fue mal realizado pero eso es responsabilidad de los brutos de Amazon y la paquetería, el libro vale las cinco estrellas.
