This has helped me to feel better within just a few times. I'm not as bloated. I feel better overall. It's amazing! All of which are a great addition to healthy eating & exercise.Directions: Take 1 capsule at any time of the day, OR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE OR AFTER DRINKING CELERY JUICE!!!*you do not need to drink it with celery juice. It actually states not to consume within 30 minutes before or after drinking celery juice.**It's not a requirement to drink celery juice in order to use this supplement. Can you take this product if you do juice and/or consume celery juice? YES. But it's not a requirement!!👏This is printed directly on the label in the directions.Each ingredient is again, a great addition to your supplements but in no way can be a scam.
