Always a good value, great taste, can use it to cook anything you cooked with milk. The thickness makes it expand into a quart or more. Once diluted, if that's what you desire, as I do, it's texture is great. What I like best about it is that it 100% replaces cow's milk in terms of flavor and rising power in cakes of any kind. The small can does seem expensive until you dilute it, and it's still the best priced out of all the other brands as far as I'm concerned.

I've been locally buying Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk for decades. I decided to order from Amazon to save a a buck. It tastes faintly rancid. I think maybe the best way to enjoy the wonderful taste of Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk is to buy it at your local stores because there is no telling what temperatures a can from Amazon has been through.

Good flavor, good for what I used it for. But there were chunks of coconuts in there, not just the milk.I would get it again if I needed to.
