Computer Life Saver!
This disk was a lifesaver for my laptop! I did not get a OS disk with my MSI laptop several years ago when I purchased it. It worked fine for a while, but somehow, during a Windows update things went south and I could no longer access the internet with it or do much at all. I am not a computer expert but I tried everything I knew to do and wasted a lot of time doing it! Instead of going on with the frustration, I started using my Netbook which met my computing needs very well for a long time. Malware or a virus has disabled its ability to access the internet. Since neither computer could access the internet, I relied upon my Kindle to search out Amazon for a possible answer and this disk is it! If you have a computer with a Windows 7 OS and have no OS disk, or are having problems you can't solve I recommend that you purchase this disk! With it you have the opportunity to attempt to repair the OS OR if necessary completely reinstall it like I did. One needs to remember to back up important files if possible when reinstalling the OS and to remember that you must be a legal Windows 7 owner and have your own key, usually located on the back of the computer to reinstall it.. This is a great value as far as I am concerned! This OS fix will also work with 32bit Operating Systems! That is what I fixed and it works great!

Amazing software
This did the trick! The disk I had to buy from Toshiba didn't work to restore my operating system, matter of fact, it took 11 hours just to wipe my hard drive and then said an error occurred and could not finish the fix. In frustration I left the restoration for another time. As I looked for new replacement hard drive, and even had one in the shopping cart, I happened on this disk. I figured, what the heck, for the money I would give it a shot and if it didn't work then I would come back and buy the new drive and start over. I never bought the hard drive because this product restored my old laptop to what it once was. We now use it daily like before. Thanks for saving me more headache and trouble.

AWESOME Repair Disk
This rescued my Dell Laptop from from Windows 10 (excuse me while I vomit). This is a REPAIR DISK ONLY. You need to have your own Product Key. It will not restore your Key, and it will not find it.Just follow the instructions step by step. Do NOT rush through. Install your drivers. Input your Product Key. Update. And you should be good to go.

I was having trouble getting this disk to work in my laptop, but the tech support staff was VERY helpful with assisting me with the instructions. They emailed me back within minutes and even sent me more details instructions of other options I could use to get my laptop back up and running.

Doesn't fix "ANY" OS.
The description says it will fix '''Any''' version, but it says it won't restore Windows 7 Ultimate when I tried it. Complete waste of time and money.

Total fail for me
I know all extreme crash situations are different but - Didn't work for me at all. I could boot from it but there wasn't anything it could do to repair or reinstall. Complete wash out - wish I could get less than one star. No helpful advice from seller either.
