Is this compatible with the Omnivore holster? Or is a quick release made for Omnivore?

Looking at the omnivore holsters from Blackhawk, I would say yes. But to be absolutely certain I would contact Blackhawk.

Dose anyone know what i need to buy with this to put my BLACKHAWK Serpa Level 3 Tactical Holster on my belt?

There is a MALE disconnect component that you will need to buy as well. It attaches to the holster (gun sheath side) I have a level two holster. Look to see if your level three holster has the 3 screws (triangle positioning) between the sheath of the holster and the paddle/belt loop piece. If it has those screws the disconnect will work. It adds about 1/2" to the profile of the holster on your hip. I love it though! I bought some extra FEMALE disconnect pieces to have on web gear so I can easily switch back and forth.
