Gift to my Daughter-in-law
Surprised DIL, by mailing to their home. Loved it. Their #2 is 15 months and is “reading” bringing everyone a book to read him! All day long!

Spot loves his mommy, enough said.
My granddaughter gave Spot Loves His Mommy to her Mommy for Mother's Day, they both really enjoyed it. It's a sweet little book about Spot and his mom hanging out at home, the last page has Spot telling his mommy, "I love you, Mommy!" and she replies in kind. No pop-ups or hidden pictures to uncover, just Spot spending time with his mom, for my 22 month old granddaughter it was enough. Eric Hill really knew how to keep a little one's attention with cute illustrations telling the story as well as the written words.I am happy with my purchase, I think it is great for 0 - 2.5 year old, beginning readers would like this book too with its simple story and text.

Nice complement to Spot Loves his Dad
Our 1yr old loves 'spot loves his dad' so to paxify my wife, I ordered this book...he loves this one too! It's simple but colorful and as a board book pretty robust holding up to baby's sticky fingers and the odd gnawing attempt due to teething. Having both mommy and dad makes for a nice set, though I do feel like spot has more fun with dad in his story. :-)

Cute book for Mother’s Day!
Love all the spot books in this series. My one year old loves pointing out the objects he knows and it keeps his attention the entire time!

Not as fun as I expected
I bought this book because my son loves “Spot Loves His Daddy” and I thought it would be cute, too. It is, but it’s cute in a different way. In the “Daddy” one, they spend the day playing together. In this “mommy” one, they spend the day doing stereotypical mom things. (Grocery shopping, for example.) I mean, in my case it’s spot on to what I do with my kids regularly, but less fun than what I was hoping the story would be. My boys still like the book well enough. It’s a great book, and worth the couple dollars I spent on it.

Perfect for infant or young toddler
This book is perfect for my 10 month year old. Simple language for her short attention span. Engaging and colorful pictures. The pages are easy for the little one to turn. My daughter seems to really enjoy these books during story time. Not too much of a storyline but a great introduction to reading for a infant. I would definetly recommend this (and all the spot books) for a child under the age of 1.
