Benro GDHAD1 Metal Tripod Spacer

Although a little bit on the heavy side, but this shows the quality of the part. Sturdy and does the job of lifting the head enough. Quite big at around 50mm diameter on the base, but great bit of kit. Fits great on your tripod, but like I said adds a little more weight.

I bought one of these not knowing that it comes with the Benro GH2 gimbal head, but a spare will come in handy if I buy another colossal lens... This one is well-suited to my 300mm f/2.8. It's well-made and has a decent-sized hex-key screw to mount to your lens. It includes a spare screw should your lens have a dual- screwhole tripod mount, and the plate can be moved around 3cm in either direction to perfect balance. Two small recessed bolt-heads on the underside prevent the plate sliding out of the GH2 if the tightening screw becomes loose which is a nice safety feature.

Good quality, fits ball head well, no play, attatches securely for peace of mind and looks cool.

If you need one of these then you need one - and I did, but I felt this was a little over priced for what it is. No problem with the quality however and without it the Benro geared head would have been unusable on my tripod. I'm happy with the end result though.

Must have for the Benro geared head. It is sturdy and easy to use. The bottom part has a hole where you can easily access the tightening screw on the top so can be attached to the geared head securely.

Works perfectly on my benro combination series tripod with GD3WH geared head. Super sturdy and does not compromise the overall integrity what so ever. Very happy with the purchase.

Designed for the benro geared head. Works just as well for my Manfrotto 410 head, leaving a good amount of space to use the geared knobs. Comes with a small Allen key to tighten the “anti-twist” screw after the head has been attached.

Good quality and easy to use. Fits my Iphone 15 perfectly.
