I absolutely LOVE this kitchen faucet! It instantly gave my kitchen a modern luxury look and became one of the first things people notice when they walk in. I was also impressed by how sturdy and well-made everything feels compared to other faucets I’ve tried in this price range. I had this faucet just over one year and it has performed great. I like the light up design that reflects the temperature of the water and the sturdiness of the faucet overall. Unfortunately, the handle on the larger sprayer popped out of place and I could not repair it by simply using glue. I contacted the company and in light of my not having insurance on the product, they wanted to ensure I was satisfied, so they are sending me a new one. I thank them so much for the great customer service in a time where it is hard to come by. Go with them for the product and stay with them for the customer service.

This product seems to be of good quality (not have it for long) and looks really good. I love the loop in the sprayer to keep it on. Other models of the same brand don't have it. I also love that given both the stream and the spray faucets individual knobs/valves, you can open the main valve at a warm temperature, and open the stream and the spray faucet when desired with a "preset" nice temperature. The led looks good too. It would be nice for the sprayer to hang higher and be able to pull it down as desired. Currently, the sprayer hangs approx 2" above the top of my sink. I have a shallow sink (5 inches deep). Therefore a mid-height pot hits the sprayer and you will have to use one hand with the sprayer instead of using both hands cleaning/rinsing the put. The worst part is that the stream pipe is too short. Therefore you always need to be conscious to place the pot in the closest corner of the sink to be able to use it. You will use the sprayer more because the stream is too short. Also if you install it on a metal drop-in sink, given its single hole support, the faucet will move a lot and flex the metal of the sink.

We have used this faucet for about a month, and every day I like it more! We installed the temperature handle so it is centered over the sink-your hands drip into the sink, not on the counter/backsplash. We leave the temperature handle “on” so either spigot can be operated immediately from the front, no need to reach all the way back and drip on the counter. Both spigots have amazing water pressure, it saves so much time. The sprayer is like a power washer for dishes, vegetables, etc, and the clip flips easily to hold it in the “on” position. The other spigot, which we use the most, operates so smoothly and easily, and precisely controls water volume, and it will fill pots so quickly (see video). The sprayer length is just what you see, about 24”, and the connector hoses measure 24” as well (see pictures). Initially, we had to learn how the features work, and now we totally love it. We were glad it didn’t have the LED lights. We didn’t want the dominating look of similar versions that are much taller, and this one is a perfect scale for our kitchen. It is heavy, well designed, packaged and engineered. The best faucet I’ve ever used.

Thanks to some really nice people my question about could this be mounted with the handle to the left was answered, so I bought it and installed it and it works. The connectors are three eights inch MEP female. So you need a three eights inch MEP male end. My old faucet had half inch connectors so I had to change the fittings or buy new hoses. I couldn’t find a half inch to 3/8 inch hose that worked so I used a couple angle fittings the diagrams online don’t show the sizes it has the standard center hole size about an inch and a quarter , and of course the three eights inch MEP I was out the hoses are about a foot long. It’s almost like the hotdog and bun issue out of the fixture manufacturers. No their hoses won’t fit Eric they will have the wrong end or they will be about 2 inches too short . One of life‘s great mysteries. Anyhow, this unit is sturdy. It’s been working for a day now having spent an hour putting it in and it works fine hot is hot cold is cold. The mixing valve works good nice and smooth. You can run one or both spigots , it has a very powerful spray and the aerator is top quality. So far I’m a happy camper. One final thought, You need to install the hoses before you screw in the base mounting tube. If you only screw in hand tight as the instructions imply, you have a leak waiting to happen. They just need to be snugged up not cranked down but hand tight is too loose. So first install the hoses to the unit then put the hollow mounting tube on.

Love it! Nice looking and So far so good. I do like having the pull down sprayer and separate faucet. No issues with the installation, no leaks and I am so glad the sprayer clip is made out of metal and not plastic as I read in reviews. I would have liked a more visible Hot and Cold indicator but I will get used to it and if needed will create my own. The pressure is amazing but after getting more familiar I control the flow using the on an off lever. The changing light from the handle is so cool and I like the way the both sprayer and handle can easily be moved over.

Pros: Easy to install. It’s nice having 2 spouts. The spray head on the flex hose has a larger radius spray while the smaller spout has a more direct spray for filling a pot, bottle, or glass. The light on the smaller spout illuminates blue or red based on water temperature. Cons: 1. In the photo it’s evident the finish begins to wear off the handle. I believe it’s plastic with a cheap metallic finish. 2. The plastic ring above the handle is also plastic with a cheap metallic finish. The ring supports a metal wire that swings down or up to hold or release the vertical spray trigger bar. Once the ring is cracked, as in the photo, the metal wire can no longer hold down the spray trigger bar. This is most disappointing. Most of the fixture appears stainless steel a relatively well made. The large spray head is heavy and mostly made of a non-rusting metal. Use of cheap plastic parts is a big mistake to save little $$. Had the plastic parts been made of durable black nylon plastic it would be more durable. Oh well.

This item arrived quickly and well packaged. The installation was extremely simple if you have access to the hole and the water source. I noticed some people were trying to mount this to a stainless steel sink directly (not to granite or other counter material) and it can be done but understand that you will have movement because the sink metal is very thin and the faucet is very solid which will result in some flexing of the sink. Mounting to a solid counter top material is probably preferred if you wish to eliminate movement. Now on to the things to note: The nozzle does not move very far, in other words, if you want to spray the bottom of your sink you will need to do this from a distance because the head of the nozzle will not extend out or reach down beyond a few inches from it's locked in position - not very flexible (more looks than function). If you are expecting total freedom in movement away and up and down, nope. Yes you can swing it around but you can't pull it away or down into the sink. The height of the faucet is not as big as others so if you are thinking it is industrial size, it is not. Another thing to be aware of is that when you are using hot water you will feel the heat through the nozzle if you are holding it for a long time so depending on the temperature of your hot water that could get uncomfortable. Now on a positive note; it feels very well made and sturdy. The water pressure is fantastic, in fact may be a little too strong but we can adjust that in the handle when turning it on or through the faucet's head controller. I'm sure we will get accustomed to the adjustments over time. The last and perhaps a very important point for some buyers is that the company is not well represented online. I have not been able to contact the manufacturer or determine the source of repair parts for any future problems. I am normally hesitant to buy from unknown sources but the price of this faucet compared to some others of similar design is very very good so I figured if it lasts a few years I'll he happy and if I can't find parts if and when I need them, I'll just replace it. So the bottom line is that for a good price you'll get a nice looking faucet that works well and if you are willing to put up with the few compromises or learning curves, it is a good deal. Hopefully I will remember to update this review after using the faucet for some time to give a better perspective on performance and durability. UPDATE: Well it’s been almost six years and I must admit that the faucet has impressed. Last year I purchased a second one anticipating a problem so I would have a replacement on hand if needed. Well, didn’t need it! The spring part is not very flexible and prevents the sprayer from reaching some parts of the sink but that is easily overcome by the water pressure and accurate aim. The faucet may seem complicated because it has two water taps and an adjustable pressure knob but my house has great psi so use that to keep from splashing when the kids slam the faucet knob to full on. The keeps the water stream steady regardless of how open the faucet is. Not only is this of good quality, it works great, and looks fantastic. I am changing my opinion to five stars from my original 4.
