Q: What is Cerise hood secret

This is a kids jewelry box. For each key that you see, they can record a message on it. When they put the key in at ay other time it will play their secret message. Great Buy!

Q: My box just arrived and it does not open after i put fresh batteries. The button does not glow and it keeps saying 'hex you later' , without opening.

I'm having the same problem. There must be high incidence of defective boxes.

Q: can it be opened with one of the keys My granddaughter loves to open things with lock and key

It comes with a special key to open it, the other keys are just for fun i believe

Q: How do you reset the password if the box doesn't recognize the one you gave it?

There is a reset button on the bottom of the box. You hit that button and it allows you to create a new password.
