Yes I know they are heated but I really didn’t expect them to get as warm as they do. That being said despite that my lashes never changed! So I basically almost burnt my eye for nothing. Save your money and buy regular eyelash curlers!

These worked fantastic for about a month then suddenly broke making it impossible to use.

I used it daily and I thought it does a good job, as described, however, after about a month it broke. I stopped using it because I'm afraid iy would burn my lashes

I am losing my hair and eyebrows and eyelashes due to illness and so have been looking for an eyelash curler that does not cut my eyelashes in half!! This does the job, provides a nice lift even without mascara and when used with mascara can make for a really nice look. Highly recommended to everyone I know who is still using mechanical ones! Might seem unnecessary as a mechanical curler is less than £1 these days, however this is more compact and provides a better curl. Also doesn’t pull your lashes or split them so they can grow longer which is a nice benefit.

Took delivery of this eyelash curler today. I’ve noticed that my eyelashes are not only straight but getting thinner too. Bit depressing. So- I bought this to see if would make a difference. I watched a video on YouTube to help because the instructions were quite basic. I tried to use when my lashes were clean. Not much difference but when I put on my mascara, they did seem more noticeable but only slightly. When the mascara was dry, I tried again but the heat from the wand seemed to take some of the mascara off again. So- started again. This time, I used the ordinary curler first, just to get things started, then used the heated wand, then applied a couple of coats and I think that’s the steps I’ll be taking to get the results I’m looking for. I gave it 3 stars because it’s going to take me longer applying my mascara than usual but- if it holds, then I’ll be fairly happy.Someone noted that you can carry it around to top up the curl if you’re going out for the evening- just make sure you’ve also got your mascara cos it’ll need topping up again too.

Product works well but the lead for re-charging is extremely short which makes it difficult to charge from wall sockets with USB ports!

Use the product as per the instructions but after a short time bits of the heater element started to break off during use. It's past the 30 day return period and I can't find any way of contacting the seller to get a replacement or refund.
