I have been taking this supplement for approximately 14 years, and find it extremely helpful. When I don’t take it, I find that I am more anxious, and agitated.

This has worked to reduce my hot flashes. This has been extremely beneficial on improving the quality of my life. Prior to that I would have continuous hot flashes every 15 -30 minutes. I still have night sweats but less frequently.

The difference in my 13 year old daughters mood stability is night and day after she began taking these. Pre-FemBalance she was a ticking timebomb and you never knew who, what or when it would explode. Since we've started the Fem Balance she's back to being reasonable to deal with (she is a teenager after all) and she seems to be able to control her emotions better without acting like she's sedated. She actually seems quite a bit happier in general and is complaining a lot less about social drama at school. I don't know that this would work for everyone but it works for her and I am THRILLED that my SIL suggested trying it.

I have tried several products for my menopause and nothing has worked as well is this. It took about 48 hours to kick in and my hot flashes stopped. I take 2 pills in the morning and 1 in the evening. If I dont take the pill at night, I will be miserable again!

Using this along with Adaptogen cured my depression. I had been suffering from untreated post partum depression which sortve crossed over into just full blown depression including suicidal ideation for years by this point. After about 3 days of this supplement it’s like my brain just switched gears completely!! At one point I had so much energy I felt like I could build a house, make dinner, exercise, make love to my husband, and do a 2 hr TED talk at the same time lol

Made me nauseous. I was hoping it would help because my doctor recommended it, but after a week of taking it I couldn’t take feeling sick anymore so I stopped.

This helps me so much. I feel balanced out mentally and hormonally (if that's a word :) I can tell a difference when I forget to take it or run out. It especially helps me deal with anxiety and PMS. It's a great product and I will use it forever.
