Master Airbrush G222 Multi-Purpose Dual-Action Gravity Feed Airbrush Gun

This is a great gun for the cost. I would not reccomend this for a first airbrush gun. This is a great 2nd gun. You need to be fimilar with an airbrush and basic knowledge of how it works to maximize the potential of the G22. My first gun is an Iwata Revolution. If you don't have another gun to compare to, you won't know how well an airbrush should be working and the limitations of a high end airbrush (iwata) vs. economic friendly (Master Airbrush). The G22 may not be as consistent as an Iwata, but you can get pretty close. The biggest plus for Master Airbrushes, is the accessibilty to parts and the cost. Iwata parts are costly and hard to find stock on hand (always back ordered). So if I had to use a gun on a regular basis, i would use the G22. Never worried about replacement parts and waiting for them to arrive.

This is a good entry level airbrush that I purchased for general fine surface cover air brushing, perhaps someone more adept at airbrush arts could benefit from the reasonable price and and capabilities of this tool, I certainly can say the reasonable cost for my end use purpose of application of solid colors and clear coat to “relatively “ large areas was a drawing point for my selection, be sure to properly set up your dry air supply and pressure regulator and experiment with test objects before spraying your project. Also you may have to follow the paint/ coating instructions for thinning to allow acceptable spray results as well as correct airbrush needle and orifice selection. Don’t skimp on airbrush cleaners either and be careful to clean the air brush throughly to prevent problems at next use.

Affordable lil guy to get started. NOTE you will want to order an adapter to go from 1/8 BSPT Male x 1/4 NPT like in my pic. I didn't consider it and delayed my use waiting for them to come.

The quality of this item is worth the money for the hobbyist. Like myself I buy all of my airbrush needs from TC Global and they have never let me down when airbrushing my projects.

I'm a professional barber and I use this a lot. The most important thing to remember is to clean your airbrush at the end of use each day and you won't have any problems with it.

Can't find an adapter from the air hose to the air fitting

Complete garbage! Worked well the first time it was used and then it was well cleaned. The next day it wouldn't spray anything but air. The brush was only used with acrylic paints. Took the brush apart and inspected and made sure it was clean. After a lot of messing around, I did get it to work again but the quality of the paint jobs has never been very good. Splatters and uneven spots are common. Some of this is probably operator error but this doesn't explain the brush's refusal to push paint or even water or thinner for that matter no matter how clean the brush was kept. I replaced the brush with one from another manufacturer and have had no issues. I will never purchase from this manufacturer again.

Good cheap airbrush to start off with. Easy to use and clean. A the needles and ends are very easy to break so you have to be careful when switching out the parts.

The box was undone and everything was loose and rolling around including parts. Not sure if anything is missing but I’ll know when I use it. I blame amazons delivery drivers for their reckless deliveries. I’m sure the product works just fine though.

Decent beginners airbrush. The paint pot is my only disappointment. The pot could have been angled differently so as to let the paint flow easier into the intake area. Having two different sized nozzles gives beginners the chance to test out different spray patterns and develop technique. The air hose is cheaply made, but the cost of this airbrush should be an indication of the quality of the products. The airbrush itself, is sturdy enough to handle the fumbling fingers of a newbie cleaning the interior parts. Overall a decent beginners airbrush.
