MYZOO Solar, Sun Shape, Wall Mounted Cat Shelves, Floating Perch, Cat Tree,Solid Wood

I was so excited to receive and later install this product in our cat room, however, what I was sent was a poorly and improperly constructed piece that is inherently IMPOSSIBLE to put together due to significant errors on part of the manufacturer. The pieces of wood that connect the openings are TOO short, and any attempt to attach them with force will result in destruction of the piece. I have contacted the seller MULTIPLE times, and in response to each message, they claim to have reached out to the product manager, but they have yet to resolve this issue in any way. For the high cost I paid for this wall-mounted cat perch, and the months I waited to receive it, I expect far superior customer service and attention than this. DO BETTER. Should the seller eventually resolve this issue with a REPLACEMENT, I will update this review.UPDATE:AFter many, many months of emailing the company and having to return the defective item, I was finally sent a new one without the initial defect. Still super disappointed that it took THIS LONG and such a great deal of persistence on my part to get the company to resolve this issue.

Strong and sturdy cat shelf. Looks pretty good on the wall. Instructions were all in Chinese so you need to be confident in putting up shelves yourself - everything included, all you need is a drill and spirit level. However a bit asymmetric and the angle of the arc makes it difficult for my very agile cat to jump into. So far I’ve had to lift her in and she jumps straight out, consider placing a shelf above the item, unlike in the marketing pictures, or have a tall climbing frame next to it.

It’s a real gem, makes the cat wall come together really nicely. I love the aesthetics of it, especially since we combined it with the Moku Cloud shelves. 👍4/5 overall rating because although it is worth it’s price as a product, it is not that popular with our cats. They only use it to get somewhere else. But the product is well designed and well made!!
