Does the tube come with a foil seal?

Does this stain your sink ?

No not at all even if some of the toothpaste left in the sink and washed away later it does not leave any marks or stains

Will it remove/dumb down the stains on my teeth from smoking?

I would expect the charcoal in the toothpaste to act as an abrasive and aid smoking stain removal.
