It works amazingly, but is incredibly time consuming considering they are all on the larger side (70-90#). The other day it took over 3 hours and that's when I decided it was time to try something else. I found this one and was ecstatic I found the same thing but nearly quadruple the teeth and was hoping it was lessen the time I used it by a significant amount as well.I literally got it today, opened it and attempted to use it and it was virtually useless. The problem was there were too many teeth, I think. With the smaller one, it was easy to "dig" into the undercoat and lift it out, but with this many teeth and the contour of a dogs body, it didn't work at all.Additionally, the head on it moves, which in a designing meeting probably made sense, but in reality and practicality didn't work for meI was so disappointed as I really wanted this to work as my dogs have been growing some amazing undercoats this year and I can't keep up and don't have 3 hours to devote to just brushing all my dogs.I should have known better when every single reviewer had given it 5-stars because they had received it for free... I guess I was just optimistic they were actually giving truthful reviews. Sometimes I never learnNeedless to say, I don't recommend buying this product, while on the cheaper side, it's not worth the money I spent.

Best de-shedding comb I have ever used. I have a long haired GSD and a Lab-Collie mix, both shed like crazy. The comb works well on shedding the undercoat, but not real well on mats; it pulls rather than cut through it. Neither of the girls like that, so I still have to handle the mats with special care. I bought the larger version and the two sided small version, use them in different places on their coats. Both work great. When finished I end up with enough shedded hair to make a small dog. Leave some of the hair in the yard; find it later in bird's nests. Happy my girls contribute to keeping baby birdies warm and cozy.

This cut my Maine Coon's fur very well. The hard part was safely getting the hair off of the prongs without cutting your fingers. Other than that, I really like it. I don't advise using it on a Maine Coon's tale though, it gets stuck.

This brush is just too damaging to use on a Shetland Sheepdog coat as it pulls and cuts the fur.

I got this for my mom. She has a Golden Retriever who always seems to need brushed. My mom tried this out while at my house to see if it was what she was looking for. When she left I went to go get it and she had already taken it home. She absolutely loves it. It is comfortable to use, the pivot head allows the blades to smoothly go over the dogs back or sides. The way the blades are made the rounded part is what the dog feels yet it will take off all the loose hair and goes right through the knots. Very very pleased with this purchase.

The seller was open but this product is too stiff for my golden doodle. In fact it hurts my dog when I tried to brush her with it. The seller is prompt and reliable but I was not happy with this product

Works great took a ton of hair of my dog, he seems to shed a lot less now and he doesn't itch as much either. Only thing I recommend is watch your hands cause I got a pretty good gouge on my finger when I grazed it over it by accident since my puppy doesn't sit completely still the whole time lol. Overall great product though.

It's almost - and I do mean just barely - too much. The teeth could be just a tiny bit shorter, but it certainly does a wonderful job! Works exactly as advertised. I have a springer spaniel and a terrier-corgi mix: one, long fine hair, the other long coarse hair, so they both present a challenge; and this product is certainly up to it! The terrier loves being petted, not so much deep-combed, but she will put up with it, and it leaves her fur so wonderfully smooth and neat; and has reduced the shedding very noticeably. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Handle is just glued on and came off right away. Tried to use it on a Welsh Cardigan Corgi, Australian Shepard and a Great Pyrenees.
