Many people buy this product for weight loss, but this is just marketing hype. The reasonable amount to take is too low for that. Pyruvate is useful for glaucoma prevention, according to Australian research. Nevertheless, the Columbia U. study that is testing its efficacy is using at least twice the amount provided in these products. Nevertheless, for glaucoma neuroprotection it is a reasonable supplement to take.

I took as directed and didn't have any positive or negative reactions. Was hoping for it to jump start weight loss accompanied by my physical activity and healthy diet.

I noticed a very minute difference with this product, mostly in my thighs. I wouldn't necessarily buy this product again since it didn't provide a very noticeable difference.

I'm using it for weight loss with a balanced 1000-1200 kcal diet and every day HIIT exercise. I also take 3 other supplements that helps in my diet. In 2 weeks I lost only 2kgs that could be the result of eating less, and exercising daily. I do not really feel that these supplements do anything for me, all I lost it is because of my hard work, but as I believe in them it helps to encourage me so I don't give up and it helps to have my daily routine. I purchased only 1 box that is finishing now, but I will definitely buy more even if they don't help, but just for motivation.
