American Classics Men's Jaws Amity Island T-Shirt

This review is for the American Classics Men's Jaws Amity Island T-Shirt. There are a ton of Jaws t-shirts available through Amazon, so it was hard to choose, but as I needed a Jaws-themed shirt for this year's Halloween costume, I bit the bullet and purchased this particular one in a rush (the affordable price played a part in that). I figured the best I could hope for was to wear this once and then give it to my kids for a nightshirt, but I was happy to find that this shirt is of good quality, and a perfect fit. I'm 6'3" and 215 lbs., and it's always a wild guess as to what size I'll need, but in this case, an XL was the right choice. It looks like a slim/athletic cut in the photos, but it's actually more of a standard cut.The material is 100% Cotton and is thicker than what is used for most of the t-shirts that I buy these days. It's slightly stiff after washing, but it smooths out after a few hours of wearing. I decided to machine-dry it once before wearing, and it shrank up juuuust a bit, but from here on out, it's hang-dry only.The graphics are excellent. The front sports the classic image from the Jaws movie poster, with some general wear and splashes around the edges. The back shows an Amity Island population count, reduced by one (heh heh).This shirt was a great purchase, and I will certainly continue to wear it... to the disappointment of my kids.

Bought this shirt thinking it would be a mans medium it’s a SLIM fit I’m reordering for a Xlg But I’m not out of my money I gave the shirt to my 14 yr old daughter an she loves it too!

Perfect fit. I bought this for a "Jaws" showing at a local independent theater for an event. People loved it. I really like that it printed big and bold on two sides, so that the audience can see that it is a "Jaws" shirt from both sides. It fits loose like I like, and has very little shrinkage. The colors really look good with boardshorts or just casual cargo shorts. Definitely glad I picked this up. It's now my "official" t-shirt of summer!

It's a nice tee shirt, fits my son well. It is however, different than pictured. Its a lighter blue and has just a big shark head, no swimming woman at the top.

This is a decent shirt for the price, good quality, and print looks good... but I wish they had left the back blank... that print is sort of "cheesey".... of course you don't have to look at the back if you're wearing it! ha ha ha

My husband is a huge jaws fan! Got this for his birthday where we did a movie night viewing. he wears it all the time! Fits great arrived on time!

It is really great that you can still get memorabilia from movies that have been long forgotten by the younger generation. I wanted a JAWS shirt to commemorate my love of the film, and this one is perfect. The fit is great, the graphics are perfect, and it fits as it showed. Two fins up!

Jaws is back in town! This tee looks awesome on my hubby. It’s a great blue and the logo is as pictured. I like that it didn’t shrink up after being laundered. (Some shirts do that and then have a bell shape.) It may fit a bit longer than some traditional t-shirts, but that’s win for my guy!

Bought this for my husband as its his favourite movie and always wanted a Jaws shirt. Fits well and good quality. Nice blue colour as most Jaws shirts are in white.

This was a great buy. A little big, but I read the reviews in advance so I had expected that. Besides that it came quickly and as described. This is a good quality, awesome t-shirt!
