8X8 Water to Air Heat Exchanger~~1" Copper Ports w/EZ Install Front Flange

I run water through this and blow a fan onto it and it appears to help with cooling -- It's noticeable, although not measured.

Works great, doesn't leak! Quality seems to be good.

It is hard to find a small exchanger like this. This one is really nice. Packaged well for shipping. The workmanship is very nice. It really puts out the BTUs for a small unit. Great value. Fair price.
