Q: Will this work for the drive sport 1 wheelchair?

unfortunately no. They work with the Sentra model.

Q: I've read that these work on the drive blue streak wheelchair - but see no specified size - is anyone using these on an 18" drive blue streak?

I used them for the Blue Streak. They worked fine.

I am sorry i do not know. Suggest you enter the name of your wheelchair and ask for parts when t comes up.

Q: Does it fit advantage lx?

It might—these attachments are fairly standard industry-wide. But the Advantage LX is from a different manufacturer. I bought these for a Drive Bariatric Transport w/c, even though they weren’t specified for that model. But same manufacturer, standard fitting. The worst that can happen is you have to return them.
