I installed this in a small bottom cabinet where I keep my crock pot. Now instead of kneeling and pulling it out I can slide out the drawer and lift the pot off the shelf.Read reviews about wasting space because the rails are on the bottom. I bought it for that very reason. If i bought one with side mounted rails the slide would hit the door hinge.As for wasted space? I just measured and the drawer sits exactly 1 3/4" above the cabinet floor. If your worried about loosing less then 2 inches of height then I'd say you need a larger cabinet.Installation was pretty easy. I didn't use the included drill template. Instead I installed the rails to the drawer. Then I set the whole assembly in the cabinet, aligned it side to side / front to back then marked where I needed to drill the pilot holes. Pulled it out and removed the rails. Mounted rails and installed shelf. Nice smooth even action.The shelf itself is well made and feels solid. My only complaint is the price. Could be $10-15 cheaper.But it works well and looks good so I'm giving it 5 stars.

Its nice and sturdy yet glides smoothly. I bought the 11 x 21 because I was leary of the sizing but when I buy the ones for my other 3 drawers, I'll probably buy the 14 inch.

Excellent fabrication, packaging, instructions … all aspects.The shelf looks really good and works extremely well under normal (as designed for) conditions. I wish all US made products would look and work as good as this one.The shelf components are fabricated very well, from underlying frame with very smooth rails to wood like components that are finished to perfection. The box and packaging is well thought out with a lot of wrapping for all individual components. The box can withstand rough handling and shipping while protecting its contents. The instructions provided are simple but clear and effective. Well done!The pictures above show our somehow unusual and taxing use of this product. The shelf is used to support our RO system and additional filter that together with water they contain weight 40+ pounds. It’s a lot of weight with its center of gravity shifted to one side. The shelf made the RO system placement possible in a very small space under the sink in the kitchen. The shelf’s pull out feature allows us to maintain the system, change the add-on filter, check the connections … all without the need to empty the cabinet in order to get there behind the drain pipes and without banging the head on multiple fittings.Initially the rails started to slant inwards under the weight of the RO unit. The four single screw shelf to frame/rail mounts are flexible to compensate for any misalignments and still provide very smooth sliding. We had to make those connections fixed and stiff to protect the rails. We lost some of the smooth sliding experience but gained a lot in strength of the entire sliding structure. It all works and it seem to be very solid and stable now.We’ll be buying more LYNK shelves and upgrading/organizing our other kitchen cabinets … heavy pots next!

The first one always takes the longest, and I think I made pretty much every mistake possible, from not being able to tell front of drawer from back, putting the drawer front brackets on wrong and almost installing the glide base backwards (it is labeled with stamped arrows pointing to front, I just missed them) and it still only took me about half an hour. The next two went much faster and I had all three in the cabinet in about an hour, including time to rearrange the height of the shelves, installing a few extra screws to secure the back of the glide base so it didn't pop up, and also to decrease the forward slide of the 2 removable shelves I applied them on. Putting in the top drawer required a little creativity due to limited work space and I ended up installing the glide base onto the shelf outside of the cabinet and re-inserting the whole thing before installing the actual metal drawer.Pros: easy to install, actually pretty clearly marked, came with 1 extra of every kind of screw (this will be important later). Glides decently.Cons:Instructions don't tell you to secure the back of the glide base unless you have a 20" drawer. Mine were only 14" but I still found it necessary to use that extra screw (see pros above lol) to hold down the back of the glide base. Probably unnecessary if you're only putting your Tupperware in it, but it was tippy with my vacuum sealer and food processor on the bottom drawer. Not a deal breaker.Also wish the glides were full length. There is still about 4" of "less than fully accessible" drawer space at the back. Gonna live with these for awhile before buying more and see if this becomes a deal breaker in everyday use.Overall so far, worthwhile for scoring them on sale. Will update review if any serious concerns develop.

Nice pull-out shelf. Can hold heavier small appliances (e.g. Vitamix). I tried to purchase through a different retailer for delivery to Oahu for a rental unit and shipping times estimates were difficult to manage. With AMZ.com, they could give better shipment times. They had a slight delay, but you often have to expect that with a Hawaii shipment. But I was able to time my visit with the delivery so I could install the pull out Its an attractive shelf, very functional and sturdy!
