Very nice product well made much compact than I anticipated which I am very happ anout. Just did a small test and it worked haven’t used it to its full potential yet. Sure it will do the job. All in all a very good product. Recommend it.

I bought this to use my US appliances in the UK and it's worked great the few times I've used it. It is a bit big and clunky, but it works as described.

I initially ordered a more expensive transformer but after waiting for months was told it was unavailable. This one, bought a month ago at half the price, has turned out to be excellent. It is completely silent and powers a water heater brought back from Japan that is on constantly, as well as enabling me to charge the battery of a handheld vacuum cleaner bought in Japan.

Just want to leave a nice review as it's coming up to a year since purchasing this product.Daily, I use this product with my Japanese rice cooker and toaster and have not had a single issue. Works perfectly and very happy for the price paid.

I bought this item after reading the reviews and i thought they were 'mostly' good. When i got the transformer it felt sturdy, I bought it to use an instant pot from the USA. I checked to make sure it was more than powerful enough to run the product. I plugged the instant pot into the transformer and BANG!The transformer no longer working, The instant pot had blown and smelt like burning, All the plugs in the downstairs of my house were no longer working as the switch tripped n the fuse box (something this transformers saftety measures says doesn't happen)I contacted amazon who were great and issued the return and refund straight away. but as its a 3rd party product i have had to contact the seller to claim the damages to my instant pot, which they have blamed everything except their product although they said they would pay half the damages :( so its now back with amazon being investigated.The company operates as Balance-Trade with stock in the uk as its a prime product (another reason i chose it) but it is actually a chinese company based in china. Now i know A lot of products are made in china and that's totally ok but i don't feel this product passed the uk safety standards requirements. I am very thankful no-one was hurt although we were shaken up from the shock of the bang and smell.

Just moved to the UK, using this transformer for our US reclining sofas we brought with us. So far, so good! Seems to be working great.
