Perhaps the best pillow I’ve ever owned. I’m a heavy guy, and most pillows can’t withstand my weight causing me to wake up from lack of breathing and turn all night. The pillows, once fluffed, provide my head a cool and supportive fortress and my sleep hasn’t been this good in ages. Will come back later for review on durability, but top notch quality. Just wish it was made in the US The extra foam to fill further or remove some foam is a great touch!

These pillows are fabulous! There literally is a cool side of the pillow! IDK how the science works! Even after several washes (then air dried, never in the dryer), the cool side still remains. Guests are also amazed when they touch it. I just wish both sides were cool, and felt just a bit cooler for hot Arizona summer nights.

These are fairly firm. A bit too much for my taste but some people like a firm pillow. The cooling side is effective, it’s cool.

Wow, getting a decent pillow online is a struggle. This pillow is Medium firm fluff though it has a nice structure within its memory-foam heaviness with a bit of malleability, for those side sleepers who also want to breathe without the pillow suffocating them. Product follows through on its 'cooling' promise, be assured. The construction is admirable and of great quality. Size is whatever was listed. Appearance is nice, and the surface texture is smooth, quilted satin that really holds together. No pilling, fits in standard pillowcase. NO BAD weird smells or off-gassing!! Bonus feature.

What a great pillow!! I love that you can adjust the fluffyness. I have slept very soundly since receiving this pillow. Only one side is cooling. I use a silk pillow case so I can't feel the cooling to the touch but I was running hot at night and since getting this pillow I'm sleeping through the night.

This is my first time trying shredded memory foam pillows. I’ve always used solid memory foam pillows in the past, but since I was upgrading my bedding, I decided to order these in both King and Queen sizes. One thing I really appreciate is that they’re true to size and fit standard pillowcases well. That’s something I’ve found lacking with many solid memory foam pillows, which often run smaller than their advertised size. For my preferences as a stomach/side sleeper, I ended up removing about one-third of the filling, which aligns with the manufacturer’s recommendation. The pillows do feel slightly lumpy at times, likely because of the shredded foam (or possibly the textured cover), but it hasn’t been a deal breaker. My biggest issue has been the odor. I seem to be particularly sensitive to it. I’ve washed the covers and tumbled the pillows in the dryer as recommended, but the smell is still fairly strong. I’m hoping it continues to dissipate over the next few days. Otherwise, I may end up returning them.

Honestly a great pillow. My room gets super hot during the day from all my windows and my PC running, but this thing actually does a really good job keeping me cool at night. I don’t wake up sweating or have to keep flipping it over to find a cold spot. The best part is definitely the cover. It zips right off so you can just throw that in the washing machine easily, instead of having to jam the entire bulky pillow in there. It’s super convenient and feels durable. Definitely worth it if you sleep hot.

I just received the pillow it has not been used yet, but it came and it was wrapped so tight. I had trouble opening it, but I have bad hands. I got it open and it puffed right up nice and big and it’s still getting bigger. It came with extra stuff stuffing to put inside and the thing is soft and nice. I definitely would buy it again. I’d buy another one.

I love these pillows they’re super comfortable and it nice that you can remove or add stuff as needed too. The cool side does definitely stay cool which is nice for the summer time when it warm

The pillows were vac packed so tight that when I unrolled them and shook them out I was skeptical that they would fluff much at all--5 minutes in the dryer with wool balls and they exploded into massive fluffy pillows! They are slightly oversized for my Jennifer Adams king pillow cases so they ended up being WAY too firm the first night. When they're stuffed tight there is very little give and you don't sink in to them at all. I ended up removing 1.5 small garbage bags worth of stuffing and now they're perfect--like sleeping on a new down pillow. Lots of support but you still sink into them. My husband has stopped snoring which is a fantastic bonus! I also love the protective case they come with as it is very soft and the cooling side is fantastic! I don't think I've slept on better pillows.

I ordered a pack of 2 pillows. The inner case of one of them had zipper but the inner case of the other one didn't have and there was even a hole in the fabric of the inner case. The pillows didn't arrive in a box as shown on the product photo but in basic plastic bags. There was no extra bag with filler as shown on the photo. Also, the tags of the outer cases (both pillows) were cut. This was very disappointing and unexpected, considering the high product rating.
