I reviewed other products and was scared into thinking I had to have the exact official replacement. Well, that was sixty bucks and it busted after another 6 months. So I ended up getting this one and another version from the same company in case it didn't work (could afford to do that at the low price) and it turns out both work just fine. THey also work with my cheapo Acer laptop. Shipping was a bit expensive but it still comes out to less than $10 a charger. it works. I thought I was going to have to replace the female charging port. And then a light came on; A light in my head that said, "Amazon" So, I ordered a new Adapter Battery Charger. It solved the problem and saved me about $100.00.
