A very good buy!
The alarm clock is used for our son with autism to make him go a bit faster in the shower. It works very well, has a nice big size, so is very visible, with a good ringing noise at the end. It is easy to use, does not need batteries. It came well packaged and I am very happy with the item and delivery.

Brilliant Timer
I like everything about this big Timer!Didn’t realise it was so big until it came but so pleased it was.Very clear to see.AccurateModernStrong MagnetsEase of useMechanical (no batteries required)Statement pieceValue for moneyHighly recommended however there is a ticking coming from it (according to the better half) only in it’s operation though but it doesn’t bother me as my hearing is less than useless!Yes great timer, Buy one! In fact I’m gonna buy another. Beats the hell out of those little fiddly battery operated squirty things that have flooded the market!

Works well but not very loud
A nice large kitchen timer that's easy to see and easy to use. I like that the red area counts down the time left, and the magnets on the back are very strong. However the bell could be louder. We hear it because we're expecting it to ring in an open plan kitchen/diner, but if we were in another room we wouldn't hear it.

Big Timer, But Tricky to Operate
I bought this timer for an elderly relative with dementia and was initially impressed by the large size – it’s really big and easy to see, which is great. Unfortunately, the way it works isn’t very straightforward. You have to turn it all the way to 55 minutes to wind it up before setting the actual time, which is too complicated for someone with memory or cognitive issues. Also, the alarm isn’t very loud and only rings briefly, so it’s easy to miss. It’s a good idea in theory, but not suitable for our needs.

Big, bright and simple
This timer is awesome. It's big and has strong magnets so is stuck to the fridge. It is clockwork so no batteries to die. The bright red makes it very easy to see how much time is left. Great for those who need a visual timing aid that isn't text based.

Great for poor sight
My mum is only partially sighted in one eye and has tried numerous timers before with no luck. This is sturdy large and actually easy to do. Success at last

Really good at first
I bought this at the end of January and have used it M-F multiple times a day for my Year 4 class. It is an excellent visual timer, it does have a low ticking sound which can be heard as it counts down but my class have really enjoyed having it in the room because even the children at the back of the room can see it. It is also magnetic so sticks perfectly ok my whiteboard.Con- it stopped working today (18th April). It counts down from 55-25 then stops working and it no longer rings at the end when the timer has run out. Quite expensive as it has only worked properly for about 2 months as we have been off for Easter half term. However, I have purchased another today and I am hoping that this one will last longer as it really is a simple and effective classroom management tool.
