For some reason I expected this to be more see-through than it is. On the plus side, I can stretch my colors with this. Not sure yet how polymer clay does with color fade yet, as I only recently thought about it, but if it fades, it's going to be worse with translucent. I'm pretty satisfied with this; I think I was worried that it would come hard like some of the clay that's been ...sitting in my closet for half a decade.... ahem. It's fair.

It sat in our black mailbox in the Florida heat about 3 hours before we found it, but the clay was still super soft and hardly needed any conditioning at all. Very happy with the freshness. However, I could have sworn I ordered white (pretty sure I ordered white); what I got was translucent. If you're not picky about what color they decide to send, it's a pretty good deal.

The difference between this Sculpey 3 and Super Sculpey (that I prefer) is that THIS one is a bit more soft and sticky (to my opinion). It gets dirty very fast (due to the stickiness) , so you really have to work on a very clean board and area.

Always love Sculpey and you don't have to fire it in a kiln.

This clay was easy/quick to bake. The one thing that wasn't great was that it was extremely tough to mold, even after trying to knead it. The white was also not very white - it's flecked with grey.

The only problem I had wasnt use how long to bake it. I would say test your oven first. My first batch did 260 for 60Way too long burnt a bit, than 240 @25 mins still a bit burnt .then finally did 200 for 20 perect.just check your oven

It works well for me durable texture is good

This came in the mail HARD as a rock. I couldn’t even use it. I tried everything to get it to become softer. It was just way too dry. I even used clay softener but nothing worked.
