This stuff is great,I am reading lots of reviews that this gets hard over time yes it does the solution is to put a little bit of hot water in the jar,a few drops it becomes like new again,I do this all the time hope this review helps everyone 🙏🙂

EDIT: Please stop low rating Shilajit because of the taste. None of it the resins taste good. I want to know how it works. I just put a pea size blob in my mouth and chase with water. It is over and done with.I was skeptical of this one because a lot of influencers push it on a certain platform. I decided to give it a try and I'm impressed. I've used different brands, so I already knew that no Shilajit tastes wonderful. This one, however, is not that bad compared to others. I do feel like I have more energy. Not groundbreaking energy...I'm 57 lol ..but I've felt more alert for sure. Third party testing has been done also. Please do not pick a Shilajit that has not been third party tested! I recommend this one

I've been taking shilajit for awhile now and I've tried several different products.I received this and tried it immidiately; the product was as hard as a rock and the taste was awful. Different than anything anything else I've tried. I believe the product I received was bad. The seller refuses to refund me. I would recommend you stay awhile from this product and anything else the seller has to offer.

After I left my review the company reached out to me and refunded my last purchase. Adding 2 more stars to my previous 2 star review for great customer service!I have been purchasing this product for more than a year. In the past, the consistency was tick and tar like but easy enough to measure out a serving. The last two jars that came in were either old or not stored properly because they were rock solid when they came in. I will try purchasing elsewhere because the recent shipments have been unusable.As for the effectiveness, I do notice more energy throughout the day, less irritability & anxiety, along with more manageable PMS symptoms.I put it in my morning tea with a small amount of honey and the taste isn’t bad, but you do have to get use to it.

OMG!! The decision to try Natural Shilajit has definitely been one of the best things l've ever done!
