Grounding Sheet Queen

I use this grounding sheet on top of my fitted sheet and sleep on top of it. I have restless leg syndrome and two knee replacements also I have problems staying a sleep. I sleep better with it and it helps my RLS. It has so many good benefits. It helps with depression also. It took me almost two weeks to see a difference. I highly recommend it. I wash it in cool water on gentle cycle and I DO NOT PUT IT IN THE DRYER. Please read the care instructions to get the most out of it. Enjoy your sleep. I would like to provide a little technical education on grounding sheets and the grounding cables provided with them as some are testing them incorrectly. I can attest that this particular sheet is high quality compared to others at a similar price. A standard grounding cable will have a 100k 1/2w ohm safety resistor in it. This is to protect against shock in the event of a faulty electrical system in the home. This also means that if you use a multimeter Set to continuity to test the cable, it will not show continuity as the resistance is of the cable is not less than 100 ohms. You have to use the “ohm” setting on your meter to confirm the resistance. I’ve ordered multiples of this brand of sheet and the cables check out correctly at 100k ohms. The sheet resistance taken between the metal button to silver threads is about 1k ohm consistently across multiple sheets of this brand. I’ve seen with other brands of cheaper sheets this value be as high as 2Meg ohm. Way too resistive. The quality of the sheet’s cotton and button contact stitching are also much better than others at a similar price point. If you’re new to Earthing, please do some reading and research about it. The flat sheet is definitely not as soft as my regular sheets. They did work well, woke up without any of my regular aches and pains. But in just this short period of time, THEY DONT WORK ANYMORE!!! And they're NOT cheap. Very disappointed.

I've had this for awhile and initially it worked fine but over time the clips quit working and hard to keep in place.

The first night I slept on this earthing sheet was amazing! I could feel warmth all over my body and I slept very soundly. I have MS, a bad back, spasticity, aches, and pains. When I woke and got out of bed I felt lighter and less spastic in my muscles and most of my back pain was gone! What? I couldn't believe it but it lasted the whole day. The second night it was even better! The inflammation levels have gone way down. I highly recommend this earthing sheet! My husband had to replace our old outlet so the grounding pin would work properly. So happy! I look forward to continued benefits!

I don't normally write negative reviews, however, I feel compelled to write this to (hopefully) save someone else from wasting their hard earned money on this product. I was very disappointed in this product as it did not help myself or my husband in ANY way after 2 months of use. I really wanted to try it as I feel grounding/earthing, when done outside, has been very beneficial for me. I chose to purchase this mat as I live in a climate that prohibits me from earthing year round, so this seemed to be a good option. Unfortunately, I was incorrect as I saw no improvements in pain reduction, quality of sleep or anything else for that matter. After talking about it, my husband and I agreed that neither of us felt any benefit from this mat and took it off our bed.

Picked this one because of the price, but I kept it and use it daily for over a year because of the quality. I like that I can use it in different places/rooms because it's not a fitted sheet. 5/5!

This sheet is easy to install: just plug in the pin at the grounding of the electrical outlet, and press the button to the other part on the sheet in order to connect it. I use it on my queen size bed, and there are four little doggers sharing the bed, and we all get along fine without even crunching up the sheet. It stays nicely put, without any contraption to achieve this. I have washed it by hand already several times, and with a little washing powder, this is a fast job. It also dries in a few hours, so if I wash it in the morning, I can put it back in the evening. Benefits for me are: my hip and knee joints used to be quite achy and stiff in the morning, and I had to walk for a while before this eased up. Now with the grounding sheet, I get up and feel good right away. I forgot already my misery from before this sheet came to my rescue. I guess all the static electricity which had no way of draining at night now has a way out of my body, and this static accumulation must have been why my joints were in a bad mood in the morning. Multimeter showed no conductive readings when plugged in , to be sure I tested a grounding sheet for guest room as well as outlet and reading was there . Sheet was very wrinkled Very disappointing. Worse customer service I’ve ever had to deal with .
