Music Computing MCLCDTTV3202 32" 2-Touch Smart TV Touchscreen Win and Mac OS

I just got my new touchscreen from Music Computing, and this thing is great! With my Prime Membership, I got it within 3 business days. I took it out of the box, hooked it up to my computer, installed the included driver and presto I am giving presentations at the office without the need of a keyboard or a mouse! I love how responsive and accurate the touchscreen is and the best part is, it's also a smart TV. Unlike other touchscreens, I no longer need external speakers. I can play the sound from my computer thru the TV speakers. When I'm not using the touchscreen as a monitor for my computer, I can have it hooked up to my cable service and have news playing in the background. The built in speakers sound great.

Buyer beware! The description states the TV is 30x46x10, yet it said it was a 42" TV. As TVs go, the measurement on the diagonal screen is usually the wrong one when other measurements do not add up, so, I figured no way they had the actual WIDTH OF THE TV WRONG!!!!! Sure enough after waiting nearly a week for my PRIME item to get here, we opened the TV and realized something wasn't quite right straight away, the TV measured 38.25x24.5x9" at the feet. Once we set it up we quickly realized other things were left out of the description. The box measured 46x27x8.5, so I am not sure who was measuring what when they filled in the dimensions portion of the description, but it is all wrong!!! The only correct thing ended up being that the TV DID MEASURE 42" (EXACTLY) diagonally, as it should have, but then where did the 46" come from???? That was the only reason we went ahead and got this size as the opening we have is 48" and we would never bought something for that space that is only 38.25 inches wide!!! It looked ridiculous! Another thing is, you MUST have this TV hooked up to a computer in order for the touch screen to work, in other words, just plugging the touch panel into the TV does nothing for the TV, its not like you can go up to the You Tube icon and touch, then search for something, nope...not happening. Also, I paid the BIG BUCKS to get the "10 TOUCH" model, thinking this would be the bees knees when it came to my son's ABC Mouse and the bubble popping games, etc. on there, nope, wrong again, if you try to touch it in more than one place at one time the screen image shrinks or moves off to the left, or sometimes bumps you to a different screen all together due to it perceiving you having bumped an ad icon. The directions on how to get it going are not written as clearly as they could be and dance around the fact that they basically made a company out of buying good TVs and putting do-it-yourself touch screen devices on them! The fine print labeled a.ii. on Music Computing's single-page instruction sheet basically tells you that the 10-touch system will not work unless the applications you are running on your Windows 7 and Mac OS X are running compatible functions. Funny, I missed those specific words in the description before spending 2.8k on a TV! To install simply plug into a computer......I missed where it says you MUST have it used as an over sized and over-priced computer monitor as well!
