Nightmare On Elm Street 1-7 (Blu-ray)

If you're looking to own the entire collection of Nightmare on Elm Street films, this set is perfect for you. Rather than paying for each film individually, the set offers the original seven films (excluding Freddy vs Jason and the 2010 remake) along with a disc of bonus features, all for a price only a little higher than you'd pay for just one or two of the films individually. Of course some of the films are better than others, and some of the films seemed more comedic than horrifying, but I assume people interested in this product don't really need a detailed review of each film. I assume if you're considering buying this whole set, it's because you're already a fan of the franchise and simply want to build your collection. If that's the case, I do recommend it. A word of warning, though. Be very careful about which version of this product you purchase. It's very easy for even those of us in the US to accidentally end up with the UK release. If that happens, you'll find the bonus disc is region-coded and won't play on most US blu-ray players. I have found, however, that the films do still play, so if you don't care about bonus features, that might be a good way to save a couple dollars.

This product arrived on time and as advertised. It didn't mention if it was region one or not (I live in the US, so DVDs need to be region one), but I took the chance. They were all region one DVDs. On the box, it said "Irish Film Classification Office", so I was a little scared they wouldn't work, but all the Blu-Ray DVDs played flawlessly and without problems. I would not hesitate to purchase other products from this seller.

Good deal. Good Freddy Fest. Unintentionally must have selected an Irish release, BONUS DISC DOESN'T PLAY! WATCH FOR 18 WITH CIRCLES, IF U.S. WOULD PROBABLY BEEN RATED R OR FAMILIAR U.S. CODE RATINGS. SUX, BUT STILL GOOD PRICE FOR THE MOVIES.

This box set gets you everything you want. All the movies plus bonus features and documentaries. Not like the time I bought the Jaws movie package only to find out it didn’t include the first film. Come on, man!!

No puedo decir más de lo que ya se ha escrito aquí en otras opiniones, solo diré que habría sido bueno que cada disco vinera al menos con las portadas originales de cada una de las películas, pero eso no es cosa del vendedor, sino del fabricante y la verdad es que todo se ve y escucha muy bien, se aprecia mucho que se sigan haciendo esta clase de box sets que resultan más economicos que comprar cada película por separado, amén de que es cási imposible encontrarlas por separado.
