Bought for my granddaughter, used on first day at school, strap broke before she even got there, she is only 8 and was very upset. The bag did not have much stuff in it, so disappointed. Looks good but quality pathetic. Elaine Barrie. Have photos if required.

You get what you pay for
Although the bag looks really good the strap broke the first time it was used and there was very little in there, certainly not enough to warrant it breaking. We certainly got what we paid for

Cheap, broke easily, no refund.
This product is flimsy,the straps on the back broke after first day at school. The side bits are not even big enough for drinks bottle. Very cheap. Seller did not really seem interested in complaint. Wouldn't give me a refund. We just put in the bin. Waste of money and a very upset daughter.

Not fit for use
If i could give 0 stars i would. Took a month to arrive, first use without anything in it stitching all came away. One very disappointed 8 year old.
