Extra Long Smoothie Straws

After researching all the stainless steel options, I chose the Eco at Heart brand, and I'm glad I did. They are the absolute perfect size for thick smoothies and shakes. A more narrow straw would get clogged, and a wider straw would be hard to draw the liquid up -- these are just right. The design makes them prettier than a lot of the other choices, which just look like machine parts to me. They are very sturdy and because they are straight and wide, they are easy to clean. I rinse them immediately after use and put them in the dishwasher. The brush included is good if anything gets stuck in them, but if you rinse them right away that's not usually an issue. Some of the comments on other reviews are a bit baffling to me. Upset because you can't bend them? Uhh, they're made of stainless steel... As for affect on taste, your stainless steel spoons and forks don't affect the taste of your food and neither do these. These straws are high quality stainless... You got burned drinking hot liquids through a straw? That happens no matter what kind of straw you use -- it's dangerous to drink hot liquids with a straw; the liquid comes up too fast and you can burn your throat. These straws are a great option no matter what, and the cherry on the top is that they spare our planet from a lot of plastic and paper waste.

These are the best because they are long enough to fit into the tallest of smoothie glasses, yet light enough to not tip over a smaller drink! I also appreciate the wide-mouth design--it makes sipping a super-thick milkshake even easier! The brush cleaner that comes with them is a very-appreciated must-have as well. The only reason I could see someone not loving these is if they drank lighter, smaller drinks more often. These might be overbearing for a regular cocktail, but absolutely perfect for thicker beverages like smoothies and shakes (hell, and bigger cocktails, why not.) In that case, I saw that this brand also has other options that I'm sure are equally awesome for all of your drinking needs! I use my straws pretty much daily and haven't had any issues with cleaning or durability, so I'm very happy with them. And check out how it still stands up in the tallest smoothie glass I own! I think I'll buy the bent set of straws next :)

I love these straws gave some friends some to try out as well!! I travel a lot for my job and now with so many restaurants making the no plastic straw rule part of their operations, they are lifesavers on the road. There is nothing like a soggy paper straw and having these in my purse means I can enjoy my drinks with a clean and perfect stainless straw. I also use them at home for smoothies and they are great and wide enough to drink a smoothie easily. Love the Eco at Heart stainless straws and the price and how many you get are perfect!

The straws have a beautiful finish and the size is perfect for travel. The wide opening is perfect for "heavier" drinks like smoothies. I have SS straws in the past but they smell like rust in the inside. These were excellent with no taste or smell. A quick rinse with some water after each use and they are ready for the next drink.

These straws are PERFECT!! I got these in addition to my standard stainless steel straws because I needed an option for thicker drinks like smoothies and milkshakes. The wide mouth and extra height makes it SO much easier to enjoy these drinks without having to settle for a disposable plastic straw, while the overall size is small enough to easily fit into my purse :) Bonus: They also work great for drinks in taller cups. Would definitely recommend!

These are the perfect smoothie straws: eco, sturdy, wide, and easy to clean. Quality is evident and it feels good to be able to use them over and over again without waste. I like how wide they are and use them for other drinks than smoothies as well, like iced coffee. Plus drinking out of metal is temperature appropriate and way better than plastic. Great buy.

I love these straws because they are extra wide and long, which makes them perfect for smoothies and long enough to use with mason jars. You don't have to worry about thick smoothies getting stuck inside either. I also have super sensitive teeth and these straws don't bother me when I'm enjoying a cold drink! Plus there's no metallic taste leftover! I also love the packaging these straws some in - every piece of it was recyclable! I am definitely considering getting these in the other sizes. Very satisfied.

I love these stainless steel straws! They’re super easy to clean with the included cleaning brush. Also, they stay nice and chilly when you’re drinking a smoothie through them, which is a lot of fun. They don’t fit in some of my insulated mugs, which is a little bit of a bummer, but I like them best for frozen smoothies anyway. Overall, great product in a very reasonable price range.
